Data Deletion
How to remove your data from PostPilot, and how to check the status of a deletion request initiated through Facebook.
Disconnect your Facebook Page
Go to Dashboard → Facebook Page and click Disconnect. This immediately removes your stored Page access token, and PostPilot will no longer be able to publish to that Page.
Delete your PostPilot account
To permanently delete your account and all associated data (posts, generated content, connected Page details), email support.postpilot@gmail.com from the address on your account. We'll confirm once your data has been removed.
Removing PostPilot from Facebook
If you remove PostPilot from your Facebook account via Facebook's "Apps and Websites" settings, Facebook notifies us automatically. We log that request so you can check its status here using the confirmation code Facebook shows you, by adding ?id=<your code> to this page's URL.
