Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of PostPilot, an AI-powered social media management tool that generates, schedules, and publishes content to Facebook Pages. By creating an account or connecting a Facebook Page, you agree to these terms.

The service

PostPilot lets you connect a Facebook Page you manage, generate post captions and images using AI, schedule posts, and have them published automatically. Features and usage limits may change as the product evolves, and we'll do our best to communicate meaningful changes.

Your responsibilities

• You must have the right to manage and post to any Facebook Page you connect.
• You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before it publishes and for its accuracy and appropriateness.
• You agree not to use PostPilot to publish unlawful, abusive, misleading, or spam content, or content that violates Meta's Platform Terms and Community Standards.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

AI-generated content

Captions, hashtags, and images produced by PostPilot are generated by third-party AI models and may occasionally be inaccurate, repetitive, or unsuitable for your brand. PostPilot does not guarantee the accuracy or fitness of AI-generated content, and you are responsible for reviewing it before publication (or, for autopilot features, for configuring your Brand Profile appropriately).

Facebook integration

PostPilot connects to your Facebook Page via Meta's Graph API using permissions you explicitly grant. You can revoke this access at any time from your Facebook settings or from your PostPilot dashboard. PostPilot is not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta.

Termination

You may stop using PostPilot and disconnect your Page at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, or attempt to circumvent usage limits or security controls.

Limitation of liability

PostPilot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PostPilot and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including losses related to missed, delayed, or incorrectly published posts.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of PostPilot after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
